WE’RE HERE TO HELP

A little help with your next step.

A question about Free or Pro, a missing download, or something that did not work as expected? Tell us what happened.

Email Photos to Reels support

Plan, billing or download

Include your Photos to Reels account email, whether you paid through this website, Microsoft or Apple, and an order reference if you have one. If payment is still processing, refresh your account status before buying again.

Application question

Include your Photos to Reels version, Windows, macOS or iOS/iPadOS version, file format and the steps that led to the problem. On Mac, also say whether you use Apple silicon or Intel and whether this is a prerelease build. If an error appeared, include its wording. Describe the issue before sending media.

Keep private things private

Please don’t email passwords, payment-card numbers, API keys or private photos. Describe the issue first.

iPhone and iPad: TestFlight support

The iOS app is in prerelease testing for iOS and iPadOS 17 or later. It adapts to iPhone, iPad and iPhone Duo windows. It is not yet a public App Store download. The Windows installer and Mac package do not install on iPhone or iPad.

  1. Create a new project and enter its title.
  2. Choose your photos from Photo library, Files or an available cloud source.
  3. Set the reel length and number of photos to use.
  4. Add your own music, or keep the reel silent, then begin. The app prepares a selection, arrangements and timing for you.
  5. Review your reel, export, and use Project actions to save a portable .fullframe copy.

To use a cloud location through Files, install and sign into the provider’s app, then enable it under Files → Browse → Edit. Direct Connect options depend on the build and provider approval. If a downloaded photo fails, keep the app in the foreground, check the provider’s connection and select it again. Your cloud originals are unchanged.

Use the system share sheet to save or share exported MP4 films and PNG collections. Save a portable project before removing the app. RAW and soundtrack compatibility varies by format and system; an unsupported format produces an error rather than a silent substitute. WAV, M4A and MP3 are useful alternatives for unsupported audio.

For Apple purchases, use Restore purchases and Manage Apple subscription in the account panel. Keep the app online while verification finishes. If app access is unavailable offline, reconnect and restore purchases with the original purchasing accounts before contacting support or starting another subscription. Apple handles Apple-billed charges and refund requests. Website billing controls do not cancel an Apple subscription. Include your app and iOS/iPadOS versions when contacting support; do not send passwords, verification codes or private media.

Download and start for free

Get one Windows .exe installer below. No account or payment card is required to download the app or use the local Free editor.

Download for Windows

Sign in inside the app only when you want Pro or optional cloud services. If a paid account looks wrong, contact support before starting another subscription. If a download is interrupted, use this button again.

Managing website Pro

  1. Open My account and sign in with the Google account used for your subscription.
  2. Choose Manage billing to open Stripe’s secure portal.
  3. Update payment details or cancel renewal. Pro continues through the paid period, then returns to Free.

Earlier active $20 website purchases keep Pro without a subscription. Local layout tools work without an account. The caption writer, vendor discovery and social connectors require Pro; provider approvals still control connector availability. Choose monthly or yearly billing when you subscribe.

Mac App Store version: prerelease support

The Mac version is in prerelease testing for macOS 14 or later on Apple silicon and Intel. It is not yet a public App Store download, and no release date is promised. The Windows installer above does not install on a Mac.

For Mac testers: select your photos, folders and save locations through the app’s file dialogs so macOS can grant access. If a project’s media cannot be reopened, select the original location again. Keep a saved .fullframe project copy before moving files or changing builds.

Apple purchases and restoration

Apple purchase testing is separate from a paid public release. A test purchase can unlock local test access without activating production cloud Pro. Do not start a second subscription to resolve a pending purchase.

  1. Open the app’s account panel and connect the original Photos to Reels account used for the purchase. Use the original purchasing Apple Account as well.
  2. Choose Restore purchases, then Refresh access if needed. Keep the app online while verification finishes.
  3. For Apple-billed subscriptions, use Manage Apple subscription when shown, or follow Apple’s subscription instructions. Website billing controls manage only website subscriptions.

The planned offer is one month free for eligible new subscribers, then the App Store’s displayed monthly or annual price. Apple confirms eligibility and terms. To avoid trial renewal, Apple advises canceling at least 24 hours before it ends. For refunds, follow Apple’s refund instructions. Support can help with app access; Apple handles Apple-billed charges.

The Mac App Store release will receive updates through Apple. If local Pro has expired while offline, reconnect and refresh access; cloud services always needs internet access. Contact support if the account still looks wrong, and do not send Apple passwords or verification codes.
