Photos to Reels includes software from open-source projects. Their own licenses and notices continue to apply to those components. The Windows package includes the applicable license materials. The component downloads below describe the Windows release; the Mac prerelease has a different media toolchain and includes its own corresponding sources and notices in the application bundle.

Windows photo decoding

Photos to Reels bundles ImageMagick 7.1.2-33 with the photo-decoding components needed for supported image formats. Download the corresponding source package and included notices below.

The Windows release uses a minimal FFmpeg 8.1.2 build with x264 and zlib. The corresponding source package identifies the bundled versions and includes build information and licenses.

The browser audio-import worker uses Mediabunny 1.61.4 under the Mozilla Public License 2.0. The exact release archive includes its corresponding TypeScript source.

Electron/Chromium and other dependencies retain their own licenses, supplied with the application as applicable. These downloads provide source for the identified bundled components; they do not grant access to the app’s proprietary application source.
